Three days later, the khan of the Xiongnu welcomed a distinguished guest. The khan of the Xiongnu gathered all the leaders of the grassland tribes inside his tent to give this distinguished guest a warm hospitality.
Muke looked at Lin Qing standing inside the big tent, smiled and said, “Why didn’t Jiu Qiansui notify me before coming to the grassland as a guest? Could it be that it is because you dislike our grassland people for not being welcoming enough? We and Great Liang have made an agreement of reconciliation long ago. Your princess is now my wife. Dozens of leaders and generals of the Xiongnu inside the big tent were even more angry. Their expression was unkind as if they wanted to do something to Lin Qing.
These people actually knew who this Jiu Qiansui in front of them was. They looked down on him very much. The emperor of Great Liang claimed to be ten thousand years, it was really great that the person in front of them could climb to be thousands of years, and it was nine thousand. But now, he has fallen into their hands. Then, wouldn’t it be pinching him however they wanted?
The ambiance in the big tent suddenly became tense. A hundred miles away from the court of Xiongnu, in a hidden valley, Zhao Zimu planned to go to the court of the Xiongnu after arranging the four thousand imperial soldiers.
Yue Shi followed beside her. The two walked to a place a bit far away from the four thousand imperial soldiers. Yue Shi looked at her worriedly and said, “Are you really determined to go to search for Lord Qiansui by yourself?”
